Formerly the estate of actor/singer and song writer, David Cassidy who played the character Keith Partridge on The Partridge Family show from the 1970’s. Mr. Cassidy and his wife Sue Shifrin occupied this house with their son Beau for a number of years while Mr. Cassidy continued to write songs, sing and perform while he called this house home.
