No doubt we’re in a different time and space, meaning it’s all the more important to take that vacation of a lifetime – because people are making their health and happiness a priority NOW, and not waiting for a “right” time that may never come.
But how to choose where to go and what accommodations to book?
In the 5 years since Casa De Mayan has been a luxury rental – a #FortLauderdale #Florida oasis that for many years was the waterfront home of entertainment superstar #DavidCassidy – time and again our guests have commented on how we go out of our way to make your stay something beyond your wildest dreams.
It all starts with how we greet you – IN PERSON to hand over the keys and acquaint you with the home and the grounds. And a specially made gift basket valued at $200 US is also there waiting to greet you for your dream stay.
The 7,000-square-foot mansion has every imaginable want and needs you’d ever think of – a kitchen that even a top chef would revel in, a backyard oasis with its own special barbecue area by a luxurious pool and spa looking out onto the Mayan River, a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided, all the hair and body products you need in our bathrooms, 3 luxury 2nd-floor bedroom suites and 3 bedrooms on the main floor. Well, you get the idea. (And if you have any questions about what awaits you at your dream vacation spot, check out our Q&A on our updated website:
But beyond the unparalleled amenities, Casa De Mayan’s guests have raved time and again about our “Courtesy, Care and Thoughtfulness” – everything from the way you are welcomed, as mentioned earlier, to the extreme care we’ve taken in cleaning and disinfecting every area of the home. We even have our own full-time maintenance person – dedicated exclusively to Casa De Mayan and no other rental.
And, of course, we are the only rental property once owned by Partridge Family icon David Cassidy – Casa De Mayan maintains many of his artifacts and belongings, and we work to preserve his legacy in the home, including having a beautiful, large bronze plaque on an outside wall by the bougainvillea vine he lovingly cared for.
